He established his consulting practice in 2017 with a passion for improving products and processes that drive profit and growth for his clients. For more than 30 years, he has successfully created and implemented solutions for franchises of all sizes, including working with the top five North
American financial institutions and community banks with $150 million in assets.
He has extensive, industry-recognized product innovation expertise, including designing and integrating digital banking platforms, launching and leading business development for best-in-class card rewards systems, and serving as lead architect for a teller, sales, and service platform replacement.
